Early Years

We believe that you are never too young to enjoy music making. K’antu Ensemble’s interactive Early Years concerts offer exciting introductions to our historical instruments for our youngest audience members through a range of musical games and stories.

Our Early Years workshops are devised by our team of specialist musicians, many of whom are parents themselves. These bespoke sessions can be tailored to Early Years Settings and Reception classes. Our musicians can also provide one-to-one sessions on request.

Activities can include:

  3. Songs and nursery rhymes

  4. Story sound effects

  5. Dancing & Parachute Games

  6. Different Cultures

  7. Spot the Difference

Children will explore sensory instruments including:

  1. Shakers

  2. Rain sticks

  3. Bell braclets
